Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrong Delivery and Defective Book
Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you of a problem with a recent order that I placed through your online bookstore. The order was delivered yesterday, but unfortunately, I found some issues that require your immediate attention.
To begin with, one of the books I received was not the one I had ordered. Instead of Advanced English Grammar by Wren & Martin, I was sent a different book titled Basic Mathematics. In addition, the copy of SSC Test Papers 2026 included in the parcel is defective. Several pages are missing from one section of the book, and the cover has been damaged.
As my SSC examination is approaching, these books are important for my preparation. The mistakes in delivery and the condition of the book have caused considerable inconvenience and delayed my study plan.
I would, therefore, request you to replace both items as soon as possible. Kindly arrange for the collection of the incorrect and defective books and send the correct copies at your earliest convenience. I have attached the invoice and relevant photographs for verification.
